Jessica Chandler is the Associate Director of Outreach, Birth-to-5 Services/ Statewide Coordinator of Birth-to-3 Services for Children who are BLV (blind or have low vision) at Washington State School for the Blind. Jessica has been immersed in the field of blindness and low vision since 2007, where her passion lies in working closely with families. She is also certified in infant massage and is a certified Promoting First Relationships (PFR) provider.
